The third edition of the international festival for young talents Afrifata kicks off the day after tomorrow, Thursday, in the Moroccan capital Rabat, with Mauritania’s participation. Organized by the Association for the Development and Fulfillment of Moroccan, African, and Arab Women (Afmaade), the festival celebrates fashion and provides an opportunity to attract fashion designers from across the African continent, support and encourage them, and help them benefit from the experience of experts in the field of design professions. The festival will feature roundtable discussions, seminars, training workshops, and a handicraft exhibition in the African Fashion Village, aimed at developing the fashion industry and making it a driver of the continent’s economy. Designers from Morocco, Mauritania, Congo, Senegal, Ivory Coast, and the United Arab Emirates, which will be the guest of honor at this edition, will participate in the festival.
